Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once the order is accepted and payment is authorised on the external gateway. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and will refund any payment taken.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout.
Product descriptions
We describe fragrances by profile and note and photograph products closely. Scent is subjective and screens vary, so some difference between expectation and delivery is normal and not a fault.
