Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Fragrance

For hygiene reasons, opened ittar cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. If that happens, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Shemaghs

Return unworn, unwashed and with any tags attached. We may deduct a fee for items returned in a condition that prevents resale.

How to start a return

• Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with your order number.
• We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us.
