Window

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Fragrance

For hygiene reasons, opened attar cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. If that happens, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Shemaghs

Return unworn, unwashed and with any tags attached. We may deduct a fee for items returned in a condition that prevents resale.

Who pays for return shipping

If there is a genuine problem with the item you received — it arrived damaged, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered — we will pay for the return shipping. If, after reviewing it, we don’t find a significant problem with the product, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

How to start a return

  • We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us.
